All of Pacific Practice Management's services are tailored to meet the needs of its client’s, offering outstanding support and efficiency while taking advantage of various communication methods (e.g., express mail, fax, e-mail and/or telephone).  PPM provides a personal touch that promotes solid rapport between physicians' practices and the PPM team.

 

Simply send day sheets, new patient information and pertinent diagnosis and insurance information to the PPM office via fax or e-mail and your share of the billing is finished.  After double-checking the codes and achieving the confidence that you will get the most accurate and complete reimbursement, your claims are submitted based on a schedule which best corresponds with your offices’ structure.

 

Our segment of the billing process has only just begun.  We follow up on all claims submitted, file appeal letters, send patient statements as well as several other personalized services at absolutely no additional charge.

 But lets say it’s not such an exciting subject … you need a policy and procedure manual for your office to comply with OIG security and HIPAA regulations.  Send us what you DO have and we’ll add to it all the necessary documents to help you come into compliance! 

 We require YOUR approval on all projects before final payment is due!  You will have complete control in design and content. We just put it together and edit as requested.

 We can even take statistics and put them into illustrations for quick referencing in your presentation!  It has been proven that good illustrations make a stronger impact than a report full of wonderful written ideas.  You can make a statement without saying a single word!
